Ryan Hart is the founding pastor and senior leader of Kingdom Church in St. Louis, MO. He is passionate about seeing people personally experience the presence and power of God. His ministry is marked with biblical teaching that is faith building and equips believers to demonstrate the reality and love of the resurrected Jesus. Ryan moves in the power of the Holy Spirit and regularly sees the sick healed, the lost saved, and the tormented set free.
GER CHANG
Pastor Ger lives in Wausau, WI with his wife Choua. They have been married for 20 years and have three kids. Pastor Ger is the pastor at Hmong Central Assembly of God in Wausau. Some of his hobbies are biking & golfing. He also likes to spend time outdoors and camping with his family.

Teng Vu is the president of the Hmong AG Fellowship and also lead pastor of Life in Christ Church in Maplewood, MN. He was saved from a life of destruction and drug addiction. He is committed to fostering an intergenerational church and sharing the Gospel to the Hmong community and beyond. He is married with four kids.

Pastor Hang Lee is the lead pastor of Elevate Church in N. St.Paul, MN and is currently serving as a Presbyter for the MN District AG. He is an ordained pastor and a graduate from the University of Northwestern. He has been pastoring for over 18 years. Pastor Hang is passionate about equipping leaders and preaching the word of God to reach people with the life-given message of Jesus Christ that they may become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Hang is a bi-vocational pastor with a tenure career in IT as the Senior Director of IT for Northmarq. On his spare time he can be found BBQing in the backyard, spending solitude time at the family cabin or enjoying family time with his wife Mauii and their four kids; Darius, Chance, Madisyn, and Felicity.

Kia X. Heurh (Nxf Txawjtsav Hawj) has ministered to women in her local church for the past 30 years. She currently serves alongside her husband who is the lead pastor of First Hmong Assembly of God Church. She helps lead the Women’s Ministry at their local church in various roles such as an advisor and Bible teacher during Sunday school. She and her husband have been married for 38 years and they have seven children and 14 grandchildren. All her children serve in their local churches.

Pastor Chavameng Her became a pastor in 1994. He’s been a pastor for 29 years now. He and his wife both have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. He served as Hmong AG Fellowship’s Board of Presbyter for 6 years. He is currently the lead pastor for Living Word Church in Minneapolis. This is a Church he and his wife planted.
MINISTERING TO THE COLLEGE STUDENTS/YOUNG ADULTS
- SURR AND HAILEY VANG
Surr and Hailey Vang are full-time Chi Alpha missionaries to the college campuses in Hawaii. Their mission is to disciple students to fulfill their role in God’s global plan. Surr and Hailey graduated from Sacramento State University in California. During their time in college they were both called into missions and went on to serve as Chi Alpha missionaries at Sacramento State University. In 2022, God brought them together in marriage and sent them alongside a team to pioneer Chi Alpha in Hawaii. Surr and Hailey are passionate about reaching this young adult generation and equipping them to transform the university, the marketplace, and the world with the GospeL.

- BOUA XANG THAO
Pastor Boua Xang Thao is the senior pastor of New Covenant Hmong AG Church, and has been since 2015. Prior to becoming the Senior Pastor, he served in numerous leadership positions for over 25 years. Pastor Boua Xang and his wife are the proud parents of 5 wonderful sons who form the worship band for their church. He was appointed as HAGF Board of Presbyter in 2020. Pastor Boua Xang is also a licensed educator currently working as an instructor for the Milwaukee Area Technical College. He received his Bachelor and Master's degrees in Education from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.

Sigi is a Minnesota Native that spent the last 10 years at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO. From a young age, she was greatly impacted by the power of consistent prayer, through observing her praying mom. That seed of prayer was planted, then grew to be a pillar in her own life as she realized that without prayer - not much happens! She passionately believes that prayer isn’t just for some, but that ALL followers of Jesus are invited into the incredible and powerful gift of partnering with the Lord through prayer.

- DR. JERCHAH HEURH
Pastor and Dr. Jerchah is the vice-president of Hmong AG Fellowship, and has been for the last 8 years. He currently pastors First Hmong AG Church in St. Paul, MN. He has been pastoring First Hmong for the last 16 years, but has been pastoring for 30 years. He has earned a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership, a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership, a Master in Divinity in Pastoral Leadership from Liberty University. He and his wife, Kia Xiong, have 7 children and 14 grandchildren, and all their children are involved in local church ministries.

Portia Allen is a speaker, pastor, podcast host, and writer. She is married to Clinton and they have 3 energetic boys. Having worked in public education and now being in full time ministry, Portia is a bridge builder of people and is passionate about seeing the Body of Christ minister to all people.
